Campaign Manager is a new tool that allows marketers to plan, carry out, and manage their marketing campaigns across many channels, including email, text messaging, social media advertisements, and direct mail, and to see how their campaigns are succeeding in a single calendar view. It is being released today by Intuit Mailchimp, the world leader in email marketing and automation. On January 25th, 2016, Campaign Manager will be made accessible to all Standard and Premium Mailchimp subscribers throughout the globe.
Customers of MailChimp’s Campaign Manager (patent pending) may centralize all of their marketing activities for a certain period in one place, allowing them to better monitor results, prepare for the future, and adapt to changing conditions. To handle marketing strategies including SMS, social advertisements, loyalty programs, customer support interactions, and more, omnichannel experience creators often use a median of seven martech solutions. The campaign Manager provides an overarching view of all related campaign activities (such as limited-time specials, holiday activations, seasonal campaigns, and more) and recommends optimal days for scheduling marketing touchpoints in light of historical data and current trends. Mailchimp uses an algorithm that analyses millions of data points to come up with these suggestions.
According to Intuit Mailchimp’s Chief Product and Design Officer Jon Fasoli, “Omni-channel experiences are important for marketing to contemporary consumers, and our marketer clients have acknowledged the recurrent pain of designing and maintaining these experiences across channels and technologies.” Campaign Manager was created so that all of their marketing efforts could be coordinated in one place, regardless of the channel or method used to distribute it.
