Patterson Dental’s Dolphin Cloud software is now integrated with Weave the all-in-one customer communications and engagement platform for small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Weave’s Chief Product Officer, Branden Neish, stated that the company’s most recent integration with Dolphin Cloud “helps reinforce our supremacy as the premier patient interaction platform for dentists.”

Although being busier than ever, the ongoing personnel shortfall has affected dental clinics as well. By automating time-consuming revenue-generating chores like appointment reminders and review text messages, this integration gives businesses the tools they need to save time. According to recent research, offices that use Weave’s automatic appointment reminders can liberate up to three hours per week that they can use for other purposes.
