We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations to support organizational growth
- Job Role :
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs for their teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including joining, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with senior management to drive strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Support organizational change and handle restructuring processes as needed.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a dynamic work environment effectively.
- Technical Skill:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, with at least 1-2 years in a senior/executive role
