The Quality Analyst would be working closely with the operations and delivery teams to uphold internal quality standards. They would be responsible for call quality audits CDQA Audits and provide feedback to the operations team. They would also closely work with other team/s to identify process & productivity improvement opportunities.
Job Role :
Audit B2B lead calls & qualify them as per pre-defined quality parameters applicable to the specified campaign under audit.
Share the qualified leads to the delivery team in the mentioned / campaign time frame.
Identify any operational challenges and effectively represent the same with a view to improve internal quality/delivery/operations processes
Work closely with other functions with a view to optimize productivity of available resources
Publish lead report – A report on the no. of leads qualified or disqualified
Identify areas which would help the operations team to reduce the disqualification and duplications.
Skills:
Min 1-year experience as a Quality Analyst in B2B industry.
Knowledge of B2B lead generation, CDQA.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short time frames with limited direct supervision
Strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills
Ability to work in flexible hours if necessary (all shifts)
Proficiency in use of the Quality system & sound knowledge in preparing MS office presentations and excel.
