Looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate qualified appointments and support sales growth through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Generate B2B appointments through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Reach out to prospects in US & EU regions
  • Introduce the company and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager
  • Research and identify key contacts and companies
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Grow LinkedIn network and engage with potential clients
  • Verify and manage data collected from various sources
  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Cold calling and email outreach
  • B2B lead generation/Appointment Setting
  • Research and data collection
  • Activity tracking and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesIntel
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B appointment setting
  • Familiarity with international markets (North America, LATAM, APAC, EMEA)
  • Open to rotational shifts
