A Talent Acquisition Executive would work closely with all departments to attract, source, and recruit top talent for the organization, ensuring a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the company. The role contributes to the long-term development of the recruitment function while maintaining a high level of service to both candidates and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for delivering an efficient and effective recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to successfully onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source candidates.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring clear and accurate descriptions of roles and requirements.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the company.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process and a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and set up for success within the organization.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, including passive candidates.
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to make the best hiring decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process in B2B sector.
  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, sales, and support positions in a B2B sector.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment trends.
  • Hands on experience with HRMS/ATS Software
  • Skilled at sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Advance excel
  • Proven working experience of 2+ years as Talent Acquisition Executive/Recruiter (minimum 1+ year in B2B sector).
  • MBA-HR or similar specialisations.
