AiFi expands its retail shopping solutions through Phoenix Raceway

AiFi, the most flexible AI platform that enables retailers to cost-effectively deploy autonomous shopping solutions, was selected by Phoenix Raceway to further expand its autonomous retail technology following a test launch with AiFi and Amazon Go systems at the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series Championship in November to use. AiFi has been such a success that Phoenix Raceway will be bringing back the AiFi store for the next NASCAR race in Spring 2023.

In addition to in-store engagements at convenience stores, major grocery retailers, campuses, transportation hubs and more, AiFi has also garnered attention selling food and beverages at sports stadiums with engagements at Detroit’s Ford Field and Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium. The NASCAR Championship is her second race car presence after unveiling a frictionless Express Shop in partnership with Verizon 5G at the Miami Grand Prix in May.

Research has consistently shown that the checkout experience is paramount for customers and that long lines are a major pain point, with 39% of shoppers admitting they leave a store because of it. By eliminating the worst part of stadium concessions, attendees can easily and quickly buy the products they want, which actually results in more money for each purchase, according to AiFi data.
