APEX Technologies, a leading consumer AI company with its headquarters in China, and H&H Group, a health and nutrition conglomerate with its headquarters in Hong Kong, are collaborating to explore the potential uses of cutting-edge blockchain, AI, and federated learning technologies for improving CRM and the customer experience in the Greater China region.
A multinational corporation focused on health and well-being, H&H Group has over 3400 people working in 16 different countries, with research facilities in China, Australia, France, and Switzerland. In order to enhance CRM and customer experience, H&H Group has been collaborating closely with APEX Technologies, a company located in Shanghai and supported by Tencent. The company is now looking to investigate other methods to improve its digital CRM operations by integrating blockchain and AI into the tech stack and collaborating with Phoenix as an APEX Technologies technology partner.
Phoenix, an APEX Technologies strategic blockchain technology affiliate, and APEX have collaborated to create a custom Web 3 CRM solution with complete connectivity with the WeChat ecosystem, including WeChat Commerce. By using the solution, B2C businesses like H&H Group will be able to offer increased customer privacy features, NFT incentives, on-chain reward points, and federated learning. To improve customer engagement, CRM effectiveness, and loyalty point program effectiveness, H&H Group will investigate and test utilizing this technology.
Other than that, China has been adopting federated learning technology more quickly than any other area in the globe, thanks in large part to tech companies like Tencent’s Webank. With the help of this new partnership, H&H Group may test multi-party federated AI with the other 300+ clients of APEX Technologies, enhancing consumer insights.
