ArcSpan Technologies (www.arcspan.com), a New York-based real-time audience data monetization and optimization company, announced that it has appointed Ben Diesbach as Vice President, Analytics and Data Science and Jose Cabral-Ugaz as Senior Software Engineer has. Ben brings a wealth of experience analyzing programmatic advertising data, while Jose has delivered a range of adtech software products, while ArcSpan remains focused on driving revenue success with addressable audiences for leading publishers and first-party audience data owners.
Diesbach is responsible for leading ArcSpan’s analytics and data science team and delivering artificial intelligence (“AI”) and machine learning audience data solutions as part of ArcSpan’s “Audience Engine” data processing platform. With nearly fifteen years of experience in programmatic data analytics gained at VivaKi/Publicis, Accordant Media (Dentsu), Goodway Group and PMG Digital, Diesbach is a respected digital media veteran who is passionate about using his buy-side experience to Helping Sellers on the Sell-Side Customers move in a rapidly evolving, data-driven media marketplace. Diesbach will report directly to Chris Guenther, ArcSpan’s Chief Operating Officer.
Cabal-Ugaz’s mission is to accelerate the collection, segmentation and enhancement of customers’ audience data, processed and optimized through SSP, DSP and other data and identity technology partners, through ArcSpan’s contextual and behavioral data platform technology. With over ten years of adtech software and product experience honed at AppNexus (Xandr), United Technologies and Kargo, MIT trained Cabal-Ugazis to be an experienced software engineer dedicated to building scalable data technology systems and platforms for display , video and mobile/APP environments . Cabal-Ugaz reports directly to Balaji Rao, ArcSpan’s CTO.
