Each year, Comparably celebrates the companies and leaders recognized as the most exceptional in 16 categories by those who know best – the employees. Winning the annual Comparably Awards is based solely on employee feedback on nearly 20 key cultural metrics, from leadership and work environment to compensation and prospects. Four different awards are presented each quarter, culminating in the penultimate Q4 Awards series.
Encora employees have consistently given the company top marks in each of Comparably’s quarterly awards series, resulting in Encora being ranked in the top 100 in nearly every one of the 16 quarterly awards. Top rankings were achieved in 2022 in the following categories: Best Engineering Team, Best Global Culture, Best Company Prospects, Best Places to Work in Phoenix, Best HR Team and Best Career Growth.
