Forbes has named Fiserv, Inc., a top provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, as one of America’s Best Employers 2023. This prestigious annual ranking is created in collaboration with market research firm Statista and showcases the major companies that American workers are most likely to recommend to others.
From a poll of almost 45,000 People who work for organisations with more than 5,000 workers, Forbes and Statista determined America’s Top Big Employers. Employees were asked to assess their desire to suggest their own employers to friends and family, and the rating was based on both direct and indirect recommendations. Also, questions regarding other firms in their industry that stood out favourably or unfavourably were put to the workers. The 500 major employers with the most referrals are ranked in the final ranking.
