Martin, who was formerly the company’s COO, is now the CEO. Thomas Pasquet, the company’s former CEO, has been elevated to the position of Chairman of the Board.

Geoffroy Martin, a former COO, has been elevated to the post of CEO of Ogury, the world leader in personalized advertising. Thomas Pasquet, who co-founded Ogury and held the position of CEO for eight years, will now serve as Chairman of the Board. He will assist in externally promoting Ogury’s goals in this capacity.

Thomas Pasquet, chairman of the board at Ogury, expressed his complete confidence in Geoffroy’s abilities and gave his best wishes for him in his new position as the company’s CEO. “Our strategy was to hire a skilled COO who would eventually take over as the company’s CEO while I prepared my transition to Chairman of the Board to concentrate on assisting in giving Ogury the industry visibility and limelight it deserves. Geoffroy was the ideal choice to take over because of his proven track record of successfully leading and expanding enterprises as well as his vast AdTech knowledge. I’m eager to see where he will lead the business.”

Martin is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience working for software firms. He built and considerably expanded the retail media segment at Criteo while serving as general manager and executive vice president of growth portfolio there before joining Ogury. Before that, he led Art.com as its CEO, and the company eventually became the largest online art retailer in the world. Martin will now serve as the company’s overall leader, establishing and carrying out Ogury’s strategy, purpose, vision, and culture to hasten the company’s global development.

Ogury’s mission has been to provide the best digital advertising technology that is firmly rooted in privacy protection. As the business was divided into three different categories, it was able to become a major worldwide AdTech player because of a concept that was ahead of its time. The open Internet players that make use of cookieless and IDless technology will outpace walled gardens, shops, and others that continue to provide a cookie and ID-based advertising.

With our technology placing user privacy at its center from day one, what Ogury has achieved is nothing less than amazing, said Geoffroy Martin, CEO of Ogury. “Humanlike advertising, in my opinion, is the most viable answer for an open Internet. As the new CEO, I’m proud to build on our solid foundation and steer the business toward its promising future. I have huge goals for Ogury.
