IBM’s Instana observability platform and Instabug, a set of products for improving the performance of mobile applications, have established a partnership. The companies will work together on marketing and sales as part of the partnership, and they will also closely integrate their respective products.
Customers of the company may now monitor the performance of their mobile apps by using Instabug, and using Instana, they can see any client-side deterioration that may have been caused by calls from the company’s backend. Customers of both products may quickly detect issues, determine the real root cause, and resolve problems before users and the company are harmed by the linkage of the two developer experiences.
It’s easy for mobile app users to see whether an app has been carefully designed and maintained. Instabug CEO Omar Gabr equated such emotion with increased customer loyalty, engagement, and expenditure. The success of a mobile app relies heavily on how the user perceives it. Client-side challenges, such as UI transitions, app startup speeds, preventing app hangs, and efficient screen loading, are where our expertise rests. We have the best mobile performance in the industry, yet problems often develop on the back end. So, we’re quite happy to be working with Instana since they fill that niche.
Together, Instana and Instabug will deploy this solution, which will allow both companies to reach out to the most popular app developers and publishers across the world. IBM Instana Chief Revenue Officer Keith Whitehead is “thrilled” to be partnering with Instabug. Having the finest mobile monitoring solution and the greatest observability platform together is a winning combo for any organization that uses mobile apps for client communication and transaction.
