Lenovo presented its vision for the future of retail today at the NRF 2023 Retail Conference. This vision is built on an end-to-end Retail Solutions portfolio that includes hardware, software, and services to improve the shopping experience. Scan-n-Go Self-Service Kiosk from Lenovo is on display, along with innovative AI, infrastructure, and digital storefront solutions.

Self-service options that incorporate digital experiences into traditional brick-and-mortar retail operations are in high demand, according to Lenovo. Self-Service Kiosks give clients a seamless, contactless checkout experience while freeing up staff to concentrate on duties of higher value. The brand-new Scan-n-Go Kiosks from Lenovo enable retailers to maximize profits while minimizing the inconvenience of long client lines.
