Ceridian, a global leader in human capital management (HCM) technology, today announced that Orica Ltd. (ORI:ASX), a leading global provider of mining and infrastructure solutions, has selected Dayforce to engage its employees, streamline payroll and help strengthen regulatory compliance. Leveraging the unified data architecture of the Dayforce platform, Orica will consolidate disparate systems around the world, including managed payroll and HR, to provide a full cloud HCM experience.
With more than 12,500 employees in 47 countries, following tremendous organic growth, including global acquisitions, Orica was looking for a comprehensive solution to unite its people. Dayforce will support Orica’s future growth by providing a single system for timely and accurate payroll processing and helping maintain compliance across multiple regions at scale.
