Shopper AI, an Israel-based tech company specializing in shopper behavior recognition, will showcase its international expansion and cutting-edge in-store insights technology during the National Retail Federation’s 2023 Retail’s Big Show, April 15-17. January in New York City.
Lanor Daniel, co-founder and CEO of Shopper AI, who founded the company in 2018 with Sivan Friedman Joseph, said the female-led company, known in Israel as Drill, is bringing offline retailers online-specific insight tools in a new way and manner.
“With e-commerce growth on the rise, brick-and-mortar businesses need to know their customers more than ever,” said Daniel. “Shopper AI helps brick-and-mortar retailers rank up and enables them to compete with online shopping alternatives.
Daniel said Shopper AI leverages the dynamic history that happens when shoppers interact with products in stores anonymously via AI using an IP address.
“It’s not enough to know how shoppers shop across channels,” said Daniel. “Understanding abandonment rates and live buyer insights are critical to converting buyers in the new age.”
Organized by the National Retail Federation (NRF), Retail’s Big Show is designed to unite, guide and provide industry leaders with game-changing insights. Spread over three days, the show features over 175 sessions and features more than 350 speakers and nearly 1,000 exhibitors. Shopper AI will be at NRF booth #1760 each day of the show. Stand guests will be invited to enter an iPad prize draw and view product demonstrations for additional prize draws.
“If you want growth, you need to know your buyer,” Daniel said. “Maximize their shopping carts and watch them shop again and again.”
