Topmarq Inc. announced the beta release of a cutting-edge analytics platform

A new AI-based solution is made available by the automotive technology platform Topmarq with the goal of offering customers more information about the surrounding dealerships by leveraging useful data.

Today, Topmarq Inc. announced the beta release of a cutting-edge analytics platform for auto dealerships that use AI and data to enhance consumers’ search for a new or used automobile. The program enables prospective customers to locate dealers in their region by using useful information such as typical car pricing, model specialties, and more.

78% of auto buyers use third-party websites to discover their next vehicles, according to Autotrader. The normal customer experience is still the same as it was a decade ago, despite this enormous adoption rate. Start on a third-party website, and then use automobile searches to try and fail until you locate anything.

Topmarq’s new AI-based analytics platform is aimed at solving the workflow for consumers who fall through the cracks with current solutions. “After working with thousands of buyers and sellers in the space, I realized that solutions for people like my mom – who have no clue what cars exist and don’t even know where to start on a place like CarGurus – are greatly lacking”, says founder Quinn Osha.

To extract and evaluate the distinctive specialties of thousands of dealers nationwide, the service makes use of the OpenAI API. Next, Topmarq gives customers the option to search using general categories. To locate dealers with inventory under $10,000, heavily focused on crossovers, or with a huge truck inventory, for example. For instance, more trucks are sold at Lone Star Chevy and Robbins Chevrolet than anywhere else. As a result, anyone searching for a truck but unsure of which model to choose would be wise to look there before starting their search.

The service is now concentrated on dealerships in the Texas region and is being made available as a restricted public beta. CEO and creator Quinn Osha, a graduate of Caltech and a former engineer at Axon, is in charge of the business. The CEO of a Hi-Tech motorcar and Central Automotive Group, Paul Weitz, serves as a consultant to the business.
