Catastrophic Recovery: In the event of a disaster that blocks access to private applications behind the Zscaler cloud, these customer-controlled operations give IT, and SecOps teams the ability to securely bypass the affected Zscaler cloud and connect to a Zscaler Private Service Edge in the customer’s local data centre or in a public cloud, where the most up-to-date security policies are still applying without stopping business. To maintain business continuity, direct internet access may be limited to the most crucial business applications using localized content screening and the Zscaler Client Connector.
Dynamic Performance-based Selection: By continually probing the gateways for HTTP latency and autonomously building tunnels that pick the ideal channel for traffic, this one-of-a-kind technology enables customers to swiftly recover from brownout situations that might cause performance deterioration between users and applications. An insufficient connection between the users and the applications can cause brownout scenarios.
Customer-controlled Data Center Exclusion: Customers will be able to specify a temporary exclusion period for one of the data centres with connection challenges, and they will be able to rejoin services after the problem has been fixed instantly.
