Innovative developer ITEX Group, LLC (ITEX) is helping customers find new homes faster and easier than ever by leveraging innovative AI that enables renters to quickly find and qualify for apartments while renting repetitive and time-consuming personnel requirements are eliminated. The new digital agent saved the company almost 2,000 hours of work and increased appointment volume by almost 500.
By launching a bespoke BetterBot chat integration for prospective renters, ITEX has enabled hundreds of additional applicants to view properties each month while eliminating menial work and repetitive staffing tasks. The cross-platform digital agent answers potential tenants' questions, offers virtual tours, schedules appointments and manages/nurtures inquiries 24/7.

ITEX saves an average of 38 hours per object every month with BetterBot. The digital agent facilitated 5,407 conversations and answered 5,777 questions, resulting in 475 additional appointments at 49 ITEX facilities in August alone.
